Biography

Dr Jagmohan Singh is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist based in Hertfordshire. His special interests include prison psychiatry, mental health law and mental health of offenders suffering with Asperger’s Syndrome and High Functioning Autism.

He has expertise in the secure treatment needs of patients with mental health issues in Hertfordshire. In this capacity, he provides clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team. He has experience in providing psychiatric reports for the criminal courts since 2007 for a range of issues as well as acting as expert witness.

Dr Singh regularly provides psychiatric reports for the First Tier Tribunals-Mental Health and Hospital Managers. He has also undertaken assessments and provided oral evidence to Immigration tribunals for detainees.
